Koerner Brothers entry point Riesling is, of course pure and archetypal Clare juice; the perfect access point to their single vineyard cuvées. Destemmed, free-run, cold settled then fermented in stainless steel, with further maturation on fine lees in stainless. The result is fresh lemons and limes with soft yet persistent minerality and a fine acid line.
