2021 'Scarp' Riesling

From the Brackenwood vineyard – Willunga Hill, Adelaide Hills, managed by Dave. Organic and Biodynamic Certified. Planted in 1998, 370m ASL Silty clay loam, ironstone pebbles quartz over weathered quartzite. Whole bunch press very slowly. Fermented and aged in steel for 16 months on full solids. Aged for a further year in bottle post release. Complete dry australian riesling, almost clare valley feeling with lovely floral notes. - Dave Gartelmann, Winemaker.
